DOWN PAYMENT: 50% of your total balance
MINIMUM MONTHLY PAYMENT: $200
ALCOHOL POLICY: BYOB is allowed. However, security and bartending services must be purchased during the alcohol serving time. Alcohol may not be consumed within one hour of the party's conclusion.
Incidentals: A $300 security deposit is due at the final walkthrough and returned within 7 days of the event conclusion.
